• We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. only. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.

• For added peace of mind, all shipments include complimentary shipping protection, which covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.

• If applicable to your order, our shipping partner will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery window. Please note that a $150 fee may apply for missed delivery appointments.

1. Warranty Coverage

At Savvy Design & Co, we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and commercial use.

Covered Components:

1. Structural frames
2. Cushioning materials
3. Upholstery seams and stitching

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period for our products is 1 year from the date of delivery.

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

1. Normal wear and tear
2. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents
3. Exposure to extreme environmental conditions
4. Unauthorized repairs or modifications

4. Remedies

If a defect covered by this warranty is found, we will, at our discretion:
Repair the defective part

1. Replace the defective part
2. Replace the entire product

Any replacement parts or products will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

5. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

In the event of a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, Savvy Design & Co will cover all reasonable return shipping costs associated with the inspection, repair, or replacement of the defective product.

6. Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@gaiasroots.shop within the warranty period.
2. Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the defect.
3. Follow any additional instructions provided by our team.

Our team will guide you through the process and coordinate any necessary return shipping arrangements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products as stated above. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• As part of our delivery policy, we ask that you inspect all delivered items for damage. Should any damage occur during transportation, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We request that you follow the protocol below to ensure a smooth claim process:

1. Take photos of the damaged goods while they are still in their original packaging or during the unpacking process. Our shipping partners require clear evidence of the damage. Please include close-ups of the damage, a full view of the item showing the damage, and any relevant details.
   
2. Keep the damaged goods in their original packaging to prevent further damage.
   
3. Send all photos and observations regarding the exterior and interior packaging conditions and the condition of the goods to info@gaiasroots.shop within the 48-hour time frame.
