CUSTOM DUTIES & IMPORT FEES
- To ensure a seamless delivery experience, all applicable customs duties are entirely included within the pricing for the Kreamat range.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (OUTSIDE OF U.S.)
- We ship our products internationally, however, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, local taxes, and additional fees associated with their country's importation protocols. We do not manage customs clearance processes outside of the U.S.
SHIPPING
- For international shipments, we use proven freight forwarders such as TNT, DHL or UPS. In order to handle the journey and protect our products from potential damage, we make sure that they are packed sufficiently.
- Please note that shipping estimates for large and bulky products are indicative only. For an accurate shipping calculation and additional assistance, please contact info@gaiasroots.shop.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (OUTSIDE OF U.S.)
- We ship our products internationally, however, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, local taxes, and additional fees associated with their country's importation protocols. We do not manage customs clearance processes outside of the U.S.
- International buyers are also responsible for arranging their own white-glove delivery services and acquiring warehouse storage if necessary.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- It is not possible to return made-to-order products, that are produced according to your specific choices of material, fabric, wood and color.
- You may change your mind within 14 days of receiving your items. You have to notify us before the 14 days if you want to return your order. Please contact us at: info@gaiasroots.shop.
- After you have received the items you ordered, you may carefully examine and try the items within the period of 14 days, but only in a manner as you would if you examined the products in our store or any other offline reseller. If the items or packing have been used in excess of what is normal in order to examine them, you will be held liable for the decrease in value of the items the use has caused. When we have received the items, we will notify you if there is any loss of value of the product and if your refund will be lower than the price paid.
- If we accept your return order as valid and the product can be re-sold as new, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the expenses on back and forth logistics. The refund will be paid back within 30 days of receiving the notification of your wish to return the order. However the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse.
Return shipping
- The shipping costs for returning of the order must covered by your side, and must also be arranged by yourself. We are also not responsible for any international customs fees including taxes and duties that may apply during the return shipping.
- The items you want to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes, as this will affect the value of the product, and thus our possibility to resell the item. Make sure the product’s original packaging is intact. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back.
How to return
1. Notify by email on: info@gaiasroots.shop within 14 days after receiving your order that you want to return something
2. You will be provided with the retun shipping instructions
3. Send your item(s) in the original packaging back to us within 14 days from your notification
4. The return shipping cost and any applicable customs fees must be covered by your side
5. You will be refunded the agreed amount within 14 days after we receive the items at our warehouse
6. If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received it a deduction can be made in your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the items
DAMAGES
- As part of our delivery policy, we ask that you inspect all delivered items for damage. Should any damage occur during transportation, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We request that you follow the protocol below to ensure a smooth claim process:
- Take photos of the damaged goods while they are still in their original packaging or during the unpacking process. Our shipping partners require clear evidence of the damage. Please include close-ups of the damage, a full view of the item showing the damage, and any relevant details.
- Keep the damaged goods in their original packaging to prevent further damage.
- Send all photos and observations regarding the exterior and interior packaging conditions and the condition of the goods to info@gaiasroots.shop within the 48-hour time frame.
- We will use the information provided to file a claim with our shipping partner. Thank you for your cooperation.
