SHIPPING
- Each Savvy piece is crafted with care and intention. Our current release—a limited-edition chair—ships directly from our studio via a trusted carrier.
- Estimated lead times are listed on each product page. Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. only. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
- For added peace of mind, all shipments include complimentary shipping protection, which covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.
- If applicable to your order, our shipping partner will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery window. Please note that a $150 fee may apply for missed delivery appointments.

WARRANTY
1. Warranty Coverage
At Savvy Design & Co, we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and commercial use.
Covered Components:
- Structural frames

- Upholstery seams and stitching
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period for our products is 1 year from the date of delivery.
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Exposure to extreme environmental conditions
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
4. Remedies
If a defect covered by this warranty is found, we will, at our discretion:
Repair the defective part
- Replace the defective part
- Replace the entire product
Any replacement parts or products will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
5. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
In the event of a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, Savvy Design & Co will cover all reasonable return shipping costs associated with the inspection, repair, or replacement of the defective product.
6. Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@gaiasroots.shop within the warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the defect.
- Follow any additional instructions provided by our team.
Our team will guide you through the process and coordinate any necessary return shipping arrangements.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products as stated above. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
8. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
DAMAGES
- As part of our delivery policy, we ask that you inspect all delivered items for damage. Should any damage occur during transportation, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We request that you follow the protocol below to ensure a smooth claim process:
- Take photos of the damaged goods while they are still in their original packaging or during the unpacking process. Our shipping partners require clear evidence of the damage. Please include close-ups of the damage, a full view of the item showing the damage, and any relevant details.
- Keep the damaged goods in their original packaging to prevent further damage.
- Send all photos and observations regarding the exterior and interior packaging conditions and the condition of the goods to info@gaiasroots.shop within the 48-hour time frame.
- We will use the information provided to file a claim with our shipping partner. Thank you for your cooperation.
SPECIFICATIONS OF NATURAL MATERIALS
- The materials used (including, without limitation: marble, natural stone, onyx, travertine and similar materials) are of natural origin and, as such, are subject to inherent and unavoidable variations in structure, tone, veining, porosity, mineral inclusions, micro-cracks, fillings, cavities and other characteristics deriving from the geological formation of the material.
- The buyer further acknowledges that significant differences may exist between different portions of the same block or quarry, resulting in possible lack of uniformity between slabs used within the same order and in comparison with samples, images or any preliminary reference.
