• When will my order ship?
  

Small parcels will ship between 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Furniture will have longer processing and shipping times – you should expect to receive your furniture in 2-5 weeks after your order is placed. 

Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. When your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information. Please check your spam folders if you are unable to find this email. We are unable to edit shipping addresses once your order has shipped.

• How does furniture delivery work?
  

Our delivery partner will reach out to you 1-3 days before delivery to schedule a time window that works. On delivery day, our delivery partner will bring the item into your room of choice, unpack it, assemble it if needed, and discard the packaging materials if you request it. (If you may want to return it, make sure to keep the packaging.)

• How should I measure for delivery?
  

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please measure the height, width, and depth of doorways, hallways, stairwells and elevators leading into your home. The dimensions of our furniture is listed on our product pages in inches for your reference.

• Will the delivery team remove my existing furniture?
  

Our delivery partners are not able to remove existing furniture at the time of delivery. For a smooth delivery experience, please arrange for removal of existing furniture prior to your delivery date.

• What happens if I miss my delivery appointment?
  

If you need to reschedule your appointment, Contact Us (link to Contact Us page) or your local delivery agent as soon as possible. Rescheduling fees from our delivery agent may apply.

• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• To start a return, you can contact us at info@gaiasroots.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Coverage of This Limited Furniture Warranty

This Furniture Warranty covers all furniture, including upholstered items (such as sofas and chairs) and casegoods (such as benches, stools, tables, and chairs) (collectively referred to as "Furniture"), manufactured and purchased directly from House of Leon. The warranty does not apply to furniture that has been misused, used in a business or commercial setting, or outside normal residential purposes. Additionally, it does not cover items sold in "distressed" or "as is" condition, second-hand items, floor samples, or products sold by unauthorized resellers.

The warranty is valid only within House of Leon's specified Shipping Area (as detailed on our website) and does not cover furniture moved outside this area, items that could not be delivered due to size constraints, or furniture altered post-delivery.

Who is Covered by This Warranty

This warranty is provided exclusively to the original purchaser and owner of the furniture. It is not transferable. The warranty, including any implied warranties, remains valid only while the original purchaser owns the furniture. Please keep your purchase receipt as proof of ownership and purchase date.

House of Leon’s Warranty Responsibilities

House of Leon warrants that the furniture sold in its original packaging is free from manufacturing defects for the duration specified below, provided that the furniture is used for its intended purpose and maintained properly.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

This covers frames, spring systems, joints, bases, legs, and hardware against manufacturing defects for the product's useful life. House of Leon will cover reasonable labor costs to inspect and validate any claimed defects and to repair or replace defective parts, including related shipping costs, at no charge to the original purchaser. "Lifetime" refers to the normal useful life of the product.

2-Year Limited Warranty: This covers gliders, swivels, and other mechanisms against manufacturing defects and loss of functionality for two years. Coverage is subject to validation of normal wear and tear and confirmation by House of Leon.

Commercial Warranty

For furniture used in commercial or business environments, House of Leon offers the following limited warranties:

• Indoor Furniture: 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
• Metal Frames: 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
• Outdoor Upholstery: 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
• Outdoor Wood Furniture: 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or damage from regular use.
• Comfort preferences.
• Physical damage, alterations, or abuse that impact the structure or materials.
• Fabric, leather, or other upholstery materials.
• Normal softening or flattening of cushion foam and fibers.
• Damage due to misuse or exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity.
• Replacement of non-defective parts.
• Furniture sold by unauthorized retailers, second-hand, or as floor samples.
• Furniture reupholstered or repaired by non-authorized parties.
• Third-party products sold by House of Leon.

In the Event of a Defect

If a defect is found, House of Leon will either repair or replace the defective product at its discretion. Replacement products may differ in fabric or finish from the original purchase based on availability. To claim warranty coverage, you must provide proof of the original purchase date and notify House of Leon of the defect. House of Leon will cover shipping costs for repairs or replacements unless you choose to upgrade to a more expensive item, in which case you will pay the difference and any additional costs associated with the upgrade.

Your Responsibilities

In the event of a defect, you must contact House of Leon and provide proof of the original purchase date. Some repairs may be authorized to be completed at your home. If your furniture requires shipping to a repair center, House of Leon will cover these costs. For an upgrade to a more expensive product, you must pay the difference in cost plus any additional system components required.

Warranty Term

Repaired or replaced furniture, excluding upgraded products, will retain the same warranty term as the original purchase. If you upgrade, a new warranty term will begin on the date of the upgrade purchase.

• As part of our delivery policy, we ask that you inspect all delivered items for damage. Should any damage occur during transportation, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We request that you follow the protocol below to ensure a smooth claim process:

1. Take photos of the damaged goods while they are still in their original packaging or during the unpacking process. Our shipping partners require clear evidence of the damage. Please include close-ups of the damage, a full view of the item showing the damage, and any relevant details.
   
2. Keep the damaged goods in their original packaging to prevent further damage.
   
3. Send all photos and observations regarding the exterior and interior packaging conditions and the condition of the goods to info@gaiasroots.shop within the 48-hour time frame.

• We will use the information provided to file a claim with our shipping partner. Thank you for your cooperation.

• The materials used (including, without limitation: marble, natural stone, onyx, travertine and similar materials) are of natural origin and, as such, are subject to inherent and unavoidable variations in structure, tone, veining, porosity, mineral inclusions, micro-cracks, fillings, cavities and other characteristics deriving from the geological formation of the material.

• The buyer further acknowledges that significant differences may exist between different portions of the same block or quarry, resulting in possible lack of uniformity between slabs used within the same order and in comparison with samples, images or any preliminary reference.
