  • Every order is supported with a photo and video of the design piece and its packaging. From the moment the courier picks up the goods from our stock, we do not take responsibility for their safety; it is covered by the transportation company. We are not responsible for any costs or charges related to logistics, as well as shipping time.

  • If the client chooses to transport the product(s) by their own means, we are free of any charges or responsibility for events that might occur during transportation or for the outcome and consequences of such transportation.



CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
  • When products are imported into the U.S., they are subject to customs clearance, which may include duties and tariffs. A customs broker typically contacts the recipient directly to facilitate payment, allowing the shipment to be released and continue to its final destination. This standard process applies to all products manufactured outside of the U.S.

  • Please be aware that customs duties, local taxes, and additional fees may apply based on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as Gaia’s Roots LLC has no control over them. For questions regarding potential fees, we are happy to consult with our customs agent for clarity.

  • Option 1: Direct Payment
    Your customs broker will contact the recipient directly with a payment link for all customs duties and taxes. Once paid, the items will be released and shipped to their final destination.

  • Option 2: Handled by Gaia’s Roots
    We can manage the customs process for you and act as your primary point of contact. We will provide an estimated landing cost, and we will collect these estimated duties at the time of purchase to ensure a seamless clearance process and avoid delivery delays. Please note that if tariffs increase due to external market fluctuations, the recipient will be responsible for any additional fees required for customs clearance.

  • We only manage U.S customs
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • In confirmation of the fact that the products ordered are manufactured and free from defects, before packaging, the client is provided with photos of finished products.

  • Important! Be sure to carefully inspect the goods upon receipt. Claims for damage during transportation are accepted immediately upon inspection. The company is not responsible for the elimination of defects that occurred due to improper conditions of transportation or operation of the products. To receive subsequent compensation from the transport company, it is necessary to report damage no later than 2 working days from the date of delivery.

  • If the product received by the client has visual defects, such a client has the right to provide a written claim to the Company within the first 48 hours after reception. Photographic evidence supporting the allegation must be sent to info@gaiasroots.shop

  • Upon confirmation of a defect, Company compromises to replace the defective part/design piece or provide restoration.

  • The defective part/piece must be received by the Company in its original package before any replacement can be sent - especially in all cases concerning customizing products or new products created to meet contract specifications. Such packages sending from the clients and to the client shall take place on the client’s account.

  • Every object has a guarantee and product ID with the recommendations of usage. If the client doesn’t stick to the rules of usage, we won’t take the responsibility for the improper usage.
DAMAGES
  • As part of our delivery policy, we ask that you inspect all delivered items for damage. Should any damage occur during transportation, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We request that you follow the protocol below to ensure a smooth claim process:
  1. Take photos of the damaged goods while they are still in their original packaging or during the unpacking process. Our shipping partners require clear evidence of the damage. Please include close-ups of the damage, a full view of the item showing the damage, and any relevant details.
  2. Keep the damaged goods in their original packaging to prevent further damage.
  3. Send all photos and observations regarding the exterior and interior packaging conditions and the condition of the goods to info@gaiasroots.shop within the 48-hour time frame.
  • We will use the information provided to file a claim with our shipping partner. Thank you for your cooperation.
